This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is in the ideal location for your next Rocky Mountain getaway! You will enjoy easy access to skiing at Granby Ranch and the quaint town of Granby. It’s perfectly situated halfway between Winter Park and the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Your morning cup of coffee will be perfectly paired with the views off the patio. When it comes to the bedroom arrangement, you'll find a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double over queen bunk bed in one guest room, and a twin over double bunk bed in the other guest room. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a large walk-in closet. Movie nights will be endless with the streaming capabilities of the flatscreen TV in the living room–you can stream your favorite Netflix movies and series (use your own account). The fireplace will keep you nice and warm during your stay, whereas the private washer/dryer will take care of your clothes no matter what. Located in the middle of Grand County, the Lodge at Ten Mile offers easy access to many Rocky Mountain vacation attractions. Within a 30 minute drive, you will enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park, three area lakes, four golf courses, Winter Park Resort, Hot Sulphur Springs, and miles of hiking and biking. Guests will enjoy access to the community pool and hot tub at Base Camp One at Ski Granby Ranch as well.

Things to know:
The Lodge at Ten Mile community hot tub and Granby Ranch Hall pool and hot tub are closed until further notice due to increased safety protocols per local rules and regulations.
*Please note: All renters must purchase a $10 day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities.  All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. No parking pass is required.



Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
