This 3 story condo is located in a gated community next to Del Monte Beach in Monterey. A world class bike path is next to the complex. Please no pets. We require at least a 31 day rental but will accept longer stays.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The condo has a view of the bay out of every window and overlooks the pool. The condo has been completely remodeled with new vinyl floors, blinds, TVs etc. It is beautifully furnished.

Every part of the condo is accessible including ample parking spaces and access to the pool and recycling and garbage area.
