This newly renovated home is less than a half mile to the beautiful University of Montana, and two miles to historic Downtown Missoula. We have recently gone through the rigorous application and review process with the Missoula City County Health Department, and are fully authorized to operate as a licensed rental home. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level, and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the lower level.

Settle in and enjoy all of the amenities the house has to offer – 2 separate living areas, each with a 50” Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to cook a gourmet or simple meal, a beautiful outdoor deck space with gas grill, and a lovely shaded yard.
Outdoor activities abound in Missoula, with the University golf course just blocks from the house; the winding and scenic Clark Fork River running through town with opportunities for rafting, tube floating and fly fishing; hiking and biking on the extensive trail system; downhill and cross-country skiing in winter – there is something for everyone!
For dining, night life and culture, Missoula is a small city with the amenities of a much larger one. There are multiple indoor and outdoor music venues, theaters, abundant dining options, breweries and wineries. Stroll around Downtown and explore the adorable shops, galleries, coffee shops and bars. Check out the Arts and Culture and Athletics tabs on the University website www.umt.edu.com for even more fun things to do.
Did you know that the Mountain Line Transit System is FREE to all users? With a stop just a short 3 minute stroll from the house, you can access all of Missoula on their extensive route system. You can even get to and from the airport in under an hour on one of the 10 round trips the Line runs there every day – ideal for guests who have multiple arrivals and departures and limited automobiles. Check out the routes and schedules at www.mountainline.com.
