The floor plan is an open concept with the kitchen / island overlooking the Dining and living areas making it perfect for family entertainment. Featuring Pottery Barn furniture. The abundance of natural light gives a fresh and open feel. The living area overlooks the pool and courtyard.
The Courtyard and pool received a 25K remodel with all new decking and pavers for our guests to enjoy. The Courtyard has a large elevated patio overlooking the pool with dual eating areas and full dining area poolside. There is plenty of deck space for everyone, whether you want to layout or play games with the Kids.
The master suite/bathroom is private with a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. Coffee dry bar w/ private mini fridge. A relaxing sitting area to allow to enjoy a book or just watch Tv with an all new 58' Smart TV. So relaxing!!!
One of the best locations on the beach (across street)there is a 5 Star Spa, Henderson State Park, coffee shop and causal and fine dining. Kayak paddle board rentals are also made easy.
The new kitchen inspires the in-house chef. The SeaBlue makes shopping easy because within a mile there is a Publics, Whole Foods and Fresh Market for all your needs.
All new 58'-68' Smart TVs in all rooms and living room.
