Lovely neighborhood in west Oshkosh close to stores and EAA fun. Beautiful wooded area in backyard and Sawyer Creek. Also just a mile from Aurora's Hospital.

My name is Laura Ritchie, owner of Appleton Corporate Housing and Wisconsin Corporate Housing. We have 35 furnished options mostly located around Appleton, Green Bay and Oshkosh, fully stocked and each designed with the hope our guests have a joyful and comfortable stay. I am formerly a sales exec for NBC Sports and magazine publisher; and my husband is full time ARMY National Guard. Nearly all our units accept pets and are non smoking. We cater to extended stay guests seeking an average of a three month lease. Our main site locations include our Oshkosh Chalets, which feature 1-4 bedroom properties with high-end finishes like granite countertops. This site has a great wooded backyard area with a small stream and lots of wild life to watch. In Appleton, our largest sites are a fourplex, "Ritchie's Apple Place" with super spacious two-bedroom apartments, and our Ritchie Village, featuring 16-one bedroom duplexes, each with private laundry, private garage and everything a single traveler needs during an extended stay. Finally, our Ritchie's Titletown Executive Suites in Green Bay features eight just completed (October 2020) beautiful one bedroom options for the corporate traveler or couple in need of an extended stay. In many cases, I can accommodate businesses who need to house multiple individuals who need to stay at the same site or area at one time.
