Set on Selsey sea front overlooking our beautiful south coast’s blue seas, Little Beacon is a wonderful retreat quite literally a stone’s throw from the water’s edge with direct access to the sea via a private pathway only available to the 4 properties in the quiet cul se sac. With an abundance of independent restaurants, cafes and shops Selsey has everything you will want while on your holidays and with a regular bus service running from Chichester a car is not necessary.
Little Beacon Beach House has a large open plan living room with flat screen television, free Wi-Fi and amazon fire stick so you can login and cosy down in the evening after a busy day of exploring. Overlooking the beach and with sea views this is the perfect spot to unwind.
The dining room leads on from the lounge and has room to seat six people comfortably. The dining room is open plan to the beautifully light conservatory which leads out to the courtyard garden. The garden has six sun loungers and an outdoors dining table with seating for six.
A large sofa bed can be made available in the living room or a standard size sofa bed can be laid out in the conservatory upon request.
Little Beacon Beach House has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay. This includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetière and washing machine.
Little Beacon Beach House has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms over looking the sea and one double bedroom over looking the garden with a shower room en-suite. The first floor has a family bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub. There is a further WC on the ground floor.
Off road parking for two cars.
