Welcome to The Cottages! We offer two rental units, each sleeping a total of 8 guests. Pull your boat right up to the Cottage’s private Boat Parking with mulitple plug-ins.
Boat launch right down the road, just 2 miles to N Point Recreation Area on Lake Francis Case, Missouri River in South Dakota. Enjoy all that this area has to offer! Fishing, hunting, boating, any adventure!
Stay a full week & receive 1 night compliments of the host! Two identical units available, can book together.

The Cottages are perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy the Missouri River, or for a couple looking for a get-away! The loft allows for more sleeping options, and the shared space is a nice hangout spot!

Guests are allowed to access the entire space, including boat parking with electrical hookups!

2 day minimum stay. There is a $100 incidentals deposit required. No pets are allowed inside of The Cottages, there is deck space available and pets are welcome on the grounds but NOT INSIDE. If a pet is discovered indoors, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Thank you for your understanding!
