Located within a 5 minute walk from the water front and all the amenities of Lunenburg. We have available a newly updated rustic-style fully furnished bachelor/studio style apartment unit on the second level of a 4 unit building.
The unit has 1 bedroom plus a full kitchen stocked with coffee, tea and everything you need to cook and prepare your own meals.

The unit is a cozy bachelor style unit, recently updated and fully furnished. It includes new laminate flooring, two double beds, Bell Fibe tv and wi-fi are also included in the unit.
The unit has an oven/stove and a full fridge and comes stocked with coffee, tea and everything you need to prepare and cook your own meals.
Our place is located on a lovely property full of mature trees and backing a forested and farm/pasture area. We are in the process of turning our back yard into an edible garden and urban farm. You are welcome to relax in our outdoor hammock under our old oak tree or check out our vegetable gardens.

We are located directly across the street from the town school, public pool, sports fields, outdoor basketball court, tennis court, arenas and the community center.
On Thursday mornings you can enjoy visiting our very popular farmers market, located just down the road.
Downtown Lunenburg and our local golf course are both less than a 2 minute drive away, and either can be easily walked to from our place.
There is a lovely coffee shop just a short walk from us called The Bicycle Lunchbox which serves great beverages, treats and healthy food items. There is also a grocery store just around the corner from us which can easily be walked to, not to mention you are only a few minutes away from all of the restaurants, pubs and eateries of downtown.
The are two local saltwater beaches nearby which are about a 10 minute drive away.

Hi, I'm Chad, and that's my wife Krystyn and our boy Odie in the picture. We live in the beautiful little tourist town of Lunenburg, NS in our house which has been converted to house 4 small apartment units. We love to travel ourselves and love to meet other travelers! We live just next door and my dad lives in one of our units. We currently have three of our units available and we are renting them here on Airbnb. We are in the process of turning the lovely outdoor space of our property, which is full of large mature trees, into an small urban farm and edible garden space. We have a large vegetable garden just getting started in our back yard, plus a dog, cat and a couple chickens (quiet hens only, no roosters!) that all live on the property. We are available on site most days should you need anything and we are more than happy to fill you in on all the things to do around the area. Happy booking and we look forward to meeting you.
