This Cottage is a cozy two bedroom, one bath house with a dine-in living room and unfinished basement with laundry facilities. We are located in Salem, South Dakota which is about 35 miles west of Sioux Falls just three miles off Interstate 90.

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1 - Queen bed, chest of drawers, TV with Roku streaming service.
- Bedroom #2 - Bunk bed with twin bed over a double bed, bookcase with a library (take a book/leave a book), and side table.
Living Room:
The living room TV is set up with a Roku streaming service. You can sign in with your accounts for Netflix or other services. We do not have cable at the Cottage.
WIFI:
The Cottage has full high-speed WIFI service. The TVs have Roku streaming systems and the living room TV has a DVD player with movies and tv show DVDs available to watch.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. We have tried to make it as homey as possible. There is also a tea and coffee bar. The coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, etc are all there for your use.
Laundry:
The Cottage has a washer and dryer for guests to use.
