The 3rd floor has a open bedroom for 1, Balcony and a Bathroom. The balcony has a view of the Ocean, Condominiums and Palm Tree. No need to worry as the house is equipped with a 34K Generator incase the electricity was to go off and equipped with a 1200 gallon cisterns incase the water goes off. WIFI of 200 megas included.

Hi Im Anthony your host. Im Originally from NYC and have been living in Puerto Rico for 10 year's. I love the Islands Tropical Weather. Knowing I can go to the beach and wear a T shirt all year round is an awesome feeling.
