We created this placd for people who loves to travel and we have put in amenities in semblance to a home.

Our place is tucked at the 2nd Level, Amaia Steps Condominium behind Ayala Mall . Its a 32 square meter one bed room apartment converted into a single functional space. The windows overlook the pool at tree-line level (this is still on the process of completion). The space has a comfortable memory foam bed perched in a tatami-inspired platform. An overlying bunk bed intends to keep a child or two tuck comfortably above. Both beds are in view to a 40” smart TV with cable service. This is centered in an assymetrical cabinetry dotted with green potted plants that keeps the air fresh. The Kitchen has 2 induction stoves to prepare your home cooked meal with pans, cookware and utensils within an arms length. The bathroom is standard in size with basic amenities (hot shower, body wash and shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and vanity mirror).

Guest can access the property along San Juan street where the guard house is visible at street level.

In case they need to use the convection cook top the plug is seen underneath the kitchen top.
Keys are to be left behind the key holder to avoid the inconvenience of a lock-out and waiting time for key replacement.

Pasalubong centers are within Ayala Mall or a walk along Lacson street. Rows of pastry shops dots the main Lacson Street. A sit in stone benches at night in the Provincial Lagoon offers a glimpse of how the Negrense family & friends convene after a days‘ work.
