Our lovely brand new apartment is situated 50m from the sea and 1,2km from our beautiful Old town.
The apartmant is on the ground floor of the Family home which is very close to beautiful seaside area.

Our place is a bigger one-bedroom apartment perfect for families and groups of maximum 5 people. The apartment is very spacious and is well located - near good restaurants (which we can recommend to our guests) and within walking distance of the centre of Kotor (20 min)
It has 1 bedroom with double bed, and 2 sofa beds in the living room.. We have very equipped kitchen and modern living and dining area. Our guests are welcome to use our terrace with amazing view, as well as our barbecue in the back yard, which they can share with the guests from the other apartments.
Our place is decorated with love, so that it could make our guests feel like home. ❤️

The apartment is part of our family home, so our guests have access to all rooms of the apartment but also to our beautiful garden in front of the house and our gorgeous terrace with breathtaking view.

We also own RENT A CAR Agency, and guests who stay in out apartment have a special discount in all of our cars.
Also, if you need a ride from the airport to our place, let us know!
We would also like to inform all our guests that we are obligated to charge city tax which is 1€ for person (for night).

The apartment is very close to the Restaurant Dobrotski dvori - it’s 50m down the street.
