The place is ideal for relaxation and chilling out. The living area offers a 50" smart TV with NETFLIX offering unlimited movies perfect for movie marathons. There is a WiFI connection providing unlimited internet connectivity.
The kitchen is fully equip to accommodate modern living and comfort. There is refrigerator, built in induction cooker, bread toaster, rice cooker, water heater, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, plates, tea pot, coffee press etc.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated providing a perfect sanctuary to unwind while having a warm shower.
There is a roofdeck area where guests can chill out, have a smoke, grill foods or even do yoga. The view in the roofdeck is perfect for sunrise and sunset overlooking lower Antipolo.
Guests can also access the roofdeck area. There is a sink in the roof deck and a basic grill for guests to grill or to have a few drinks. The view in the roof deck is wonderful for sunset and sunrise with a view overlooking lower Antipolo.
The bedroom is cleverly design to accommodate 2 bedroom with it's mezzanine room. This kind of unique living space and layout is mostly expected in New York or in London flats to maximise the space.

-Inside the building parking is available although it is quite a tight space only recommended for motorcycles. There is a more spacious alternative parking just opposite of the building which can fit at least 3 cars. It is relatively safe and gated.

-Two persons are already included in the rate. Extra person is at 350 pesos per night.
-Only 2 visitors are allowed during your stay and they can stay only until 8pm.
- For bigger groups, please let me know if there are more people than 6 people coming because I also have another unit available.

The location of the place is not inside the subdivision. However, the location is relatively safe. The apartment itself is gated with CCTV cameras. There is Mc Donald's walking distance from my apartment and the Cogeo Market where you can get most of your food supplies is just one (very short)ride away. I have a tricycle driver contact if you wanted to go to the market. I strongly discouraged you to take your car to the market as there is no available parking to park your car. Otherwise, you can ask my caretaker to buy supplies for your needs. Also, there are fast food chains in Cogeo market like Jollibee, Red Ribbon etc. Robinsons Mall Antipolo, SM Cherry and SM Masinag are just within 5Kms radius or less from my place and can be reach by car within 10-15mins depending on the traffic. You can also get there by tricycle.

I am a very outgoing person. I like travelling! In fact, I have lived and travelled to most countries in Europe, South America, Japan and even married in New Zealand. I know exactly what are the needs of a traveller which is why I built a property which addresses those needs for my guests.
