Just finished renovating this 3 bedroom simply furnished house. There is a good sized deck to sit out an enjoy, as well a BBQ. A heat pump has been recently installed for heat and air conditioning. Yard is matured and well manicured. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house.

Hubbards is situated 30 minutes from downtown Halifax. It is central to many Nova Scotia tourist attractions. Our house is located in Queensland with a two minute walk to the popular Cleveland Beach. The area is known for our ten local beaches which are also short drives away. Queensland is home to the Hubbards Rec Centre which has two ballfields, the Liam Mathers Skatepark, tennis court and a playground. Across the street is the Hooked Rug Museum of North America. Travel a few minutes west and you will be in the small village of Hubbards. Hubbards has many hot spots especially during the summer. The Hubbards Barn; popular for weddings, also holds a Saturday morning farmers market each week May through October. Hubbards is also home to the world famous Shore Club Lobster Supper, a must do. May through October; Wednesday through Sunday. Saturday nights put on your dancing shoes and head back to the Shore Club. It is turned into one of the oldest dance halls with great live music. Other eateries in Hubbards Cove Coffee, Trellis Café, Tuna Blue Lounge, The Savary Plate Restaurant and a number of Fish and Chip truck/canteen options. A few kilometers down the road there is a new 9 Hole Golf Course Aspotogan Ridge.

Our house is a beautiful 30 minute drive to Peggy’s Cove, a 30 minute day to downtown Halifax and head the other way a lovely adventure through Chester, Mahone Bay & Lunenburg is a great way to spend the day.
