Feel welcome in your rooms on the first floor! We are a family of 3+dog. We share our spacious house with interesting people from around the world. Speaking English, German, Italian, Spanish and French. Perfect connection to the Dusseldorf trade show and the famous CentrO shopping mall at Oberhausen

Very comfy 1 family private villa. Wide and spacious rooms. Very friendly host family! :-)

You can use our first floor 2 bathrooms (1 single shower + 1 bathroom with bathtub, double sink & toilet) and your rooms which are 2 double rooms with two single beds, another single bed in the staging area.
During summertime we also share our lovely outside swimming pool with our guests agreeing on the right timing. In 2019 closed until end of June because of repair work.
But you can use the whole year the outside Jacuzzi (hot tub) with its hot water jets and all around air-stream system.

Our friendly guard dog is always with us (on different floor). She does not bark at all while we are with her. Please ask before your booking if the pool and / or jaccuzzi will be operational during your stay, because we are managing them according to seasonal needs and restrictions.

Very calm and relaxed neiborhood in a nice little village close to Dusseldorf and Oberhausen. Straight walking distance to the biggest natural park and 3 large lakes - perfect for walk out and relaxation. Little shops, a gas-station and grocery shops as well as some bakeries are close by. Real EASY connection from both motorways/highways A3 & A59, very convenient by car.
