Newly decorated bedroom. Wet room as communal bathroom. House is currently being redecorated. Quiet location. Parking available in bays opposite house. Buses to Havant station, or 30min walk. I have 2 dogs that stay downstairs at all times but like to say hello to new people. I am around in the evenings and happy to share the living space, I am very welcoming.
I am located about 15 minutes from Hayling Island, although it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the beach.

Tea, coffee and milk available for use in the kitchen space. I would like someone that's happy to say hello to my dogs but I do not expect any more than that.

Guests are welcome to use the upstairs bathroom, kitchen and living area. When I am home, the dogs are free downstairs and, although excitable at first, they do soon calm down.

I am in a quiet close, backing onto a school. There is a local co-op a 5 minute walk away. Decent pubs/shops are a 30 minute walk away or a short bus/cab ride. Plenty of places to walk.

I am a teacher in the local area with 2 lively dogs, a dalmatian and a springer spaniel. I am around in the evenings and at weekends if someone wants a chat or a walk with the dogs. I am easy going as to whatever people want and need.
