Bright and modern basement apartment located in the heart of Coeur d'Alene. Guests will enjoy the newly remodeled open kitchen with all amenities, and a spacious living room to relax in during their stay. Located just a short walk from some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and breweries in CDA, and just one mile away from the lake and local beaches.

Welcome to our newly remodeled basement apartment. Making sure your stay is memorable and comfortable is our highest priority!
This apartment includes off-street parking and a separate entrance. The apartment's light-filled bedroom and bathroom are stocked with many amenities to make your trip more comfortable - such as extra charging cords, free travel size toiletries and hair ties/pins should you forget anything upon arrival. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a Tuft&Needle mattress.
We also have a very comfortable Queen size air mattress with extra linens available should you need it. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll need it so we can have it set up for you.
*please note we wash all linens and towels with a fragrance free detergent made for sensitive skin*
Our open & bright living room with a comfortable sectional sofa faces a 55" Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and Chemex pour-over. We always keep the coffee and tea bar fully stocked with fresh local coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and honey from our own bees!
We include breakfast items such as toaster waffles, oatmeal, eggs, and/or fruit for you to cook yourself & enjoy during your stay.
We also have two bikes for any BnB guests to use. Just let us know ahead of time if you’d like us to have these out for you!
Our complimentary welcome packet includes recommendations for our favorite restaurants & local tips and tricks for getting the most out of your stay, as well as wine or beer and snacks.
Please note: We live full-time upstairs with our young son, and since this is a basement apartment in an older home, there is potential to hear water running through pipes, muffled footsteps and baby noises upstairs.

This apartment is centrally located in Midtown Coeur d'Alene. We are just a 1-5 minute walk away from some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and grocery store in town! The lake and local beaches are exactly a mile down the street, easily reached by car or on foot.
