The apartment is in an ideal location to walk everywhere in Ann Arbor. Your stay comes with new premium mattresses, 55" flat screen TV, off-street parking spot, and secure entry. Enjoy being perfectly located in the heart of Ann Arbor and all that it has to offer.

In response to COVID-19 we are throughly cleaning all surfaces and door handles with bleach. This includes counter tops, stove tops, refrigerator, tables. Also handles on doors, shower, sinks, and floors. Be assured your apartment will be cleaned completely and thoroughly before your arrival.
There are 6 stairs up to the front porch, and the unit is located on the first floor.

There are NO PARTIES allowed. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM on week nights and 11 PM on weekends. No Smoking allowed. Unfortunately, in the past people have used units for parties and have left excessive mess and damaged furniture - they were billed for the costs incurred. If you want to party - look for another property to rent.
