Cute house in a quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space for grilling or a fire. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a gas range. There are three bars/restaurants within walking distance. Very close to Lake Butte des Morts boat landing, a golf course, and access to the Wiouwash Trail is just three miles away next to a Brewery!

The space is clean with nice furniture. I do have two cats, but they won't be there during your stay. The master bedroom has a new king mattress with an adjustable base for a comfortable night stay. There is a workout room in the basement, which is unfinished.

There is a vegetable garden in the back yard. Someone will be coming during the day to pick vegetables but will not need to enter the house.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood less than 5 miles from Winneconne and less than 10 miles from Oshkosh. Close to Lake Butte des Morts. Can see quite a few planes from EAA that circle the lake.
