The bedroom in this space is a loft, up a spiral staircase into the pitch of the ceiling. The highest point in the loft is 6'4".
This building is a duplex and this unit shares a sound-insulated wall with the adjacent unit.
The bathroom is very spacious with a sizable walk-in shower and high ceiling.
Plenty of on-street parking directly in front of the building.
Sorry to say that there are NO PETS ALLOWED. (Trust me, I get it. I typically travel with my dogs, so I can relate. I have 2 additional Airbnb rentals that are pet friendly, but this one is not.)
NO smoking/vaping in the house. None. It is none of my concern if and what you enjoy smoking, but please don't do it indoors.
Please no parties or large gatherings without prior approval. Guests are welcome, but any additional guests you plan to have stay overnight should be disclosed to me ahead of time.
I ask people to treat my home like you would want your home to be treated. Generally speaking...

I ask that guests in both units be reciprocally volume-considerate and respectful of the adjacent guests. This is particularly important during the evenings and when guests may be sleeping. The Northside is Missoula's up and coming neighborhood. Being so close to downtown and with "affordable" home prices, young professionals and first time home buyers are flocking to the Northside and reinvigorating it. You are a hop, skip an a jump from the interstate and downtown. The location is within 6 blocks of Kettlehouse Brewery, 2 restaurants, a dispensary, and multiple parks. The North Hills hiking trail network is within a half mile. And directly across the street is the Whittier School which hosts the Northside Outdoor Cinema every Saturday Night, all summer long (http://www.nmcdc.org/programs/outdoor-cinema/). Its pretty awesome.
