Steps away from Eau Claire and Princess Island Park, your stay here offers all of the conveniences of being in the heart of the action and then being able to kick back and enjoy some Netflix on the Brand new 70inch TV. There is a very nice gym in the building along with steam rooms and a hot tub.

The unit is on the fourth floor of a 4 story building so no one to bother you from above and there is only one neighbor to the side. Peace and tranquility is all yours!

Outstanding gym in the complex with steam room and hot tub. Pathways are literally 50 feet from the unit. Rollerblading, biking, jogging or a nice walk along the river are all at your doorstep.

The building is 51 Waterfront Mews SW. If you can't find this address then find 222 Riverfront Ave. That is the address of the front of the complex. My building is a 4 storey building in the rear to the right of the 2 huge towers. You enter the One-Way roadway that is directly to the right of the 2 large towers. My building is on the left side about 100 feet from the entrance from Riverfront Ave. It will say 51 Waterfront Mews. Look for my name and buzz me and I will let you in remotely. Go up to the 4th floor and the unit #is 409.
The key is for the condo, the FOB or scanner gets you into the front door and you will need to scan to use the elevator. You will not need it when exiting on your last day when you are going to Parking Level 1 to get your car.
The address is 51 Waterfront Mews SW. It is a four storey building and the unit is #409 on the 4th floor.
Do not go to the front of the complex at 222 Riverfront Ave. My building only has 4 floors, you need to go to the right of the two large buildings and down the one way to 51 Waterfront Mews. THE MAP ON THE LISTING DOES NOT SHOW THE CORRECT ADDRESS, Waterfront Court SW 409 T2P OW3 IS NOT CORRECT. It is 51 Waterfront Mews SW unit 409
