Modern decorated, unbelievably walkable, downtown neighborhood apartment! The building is over 100 years old and has been freshly remodeled with wonderful updates complimentary to the original charm! Not a shared apartment. Free street parking all throughout the neighborhood. There is a portable AC unit in the main room as well as a window unit in the bedroom (2 total!).

The apartment is on the second floor only accessible by stairs. Check in is 3 pm or later and Check out is 11 am or earlier. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer early check ins or late check outs at this time - thanks for understanding!
