Eden is an exclusive secluded villa located in the mountain and at the same time near the sea, in the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana. It stands out from other villas for its stunning sea views, healing quietness, natural sensuality and absolute privacy. Nearest villages are Valldemossa, Esporles and Banyalbufar (the last stretch of the road is unpaved). We have our own boat (FairlineTarga 40 -not included in rental price)

Eden is a magnificent five bedrooms and five bathrooms villa, with beautiful large spaces. Among them, an office (highly appreciated for professionals) and a massage room with equipment for stretching and relaxation techniques.
The Mediterranean lifestyle is the essence of its personality: enriching visual communication indoor-outdoor, cosy pool, stone facades, cute terraces, huge natural garden with olive trees, pinewoods ...
Eden is ideal for those looking for secluded/healthy environments, but also for sport lovers. Beyond its privileged location for hiking, it offers equipment for practicing ping pong, Nordic walking, MTB and kayaking (kayak excursions allow you to discover secluded beaches inaccessible from land).
We can enrich your stay with complementary services (we have partners in catering, wellness, boat rental, bicycle rental and golf lessons with personal trainer).

Last mile of the road is not asphalted but it's wide and easy to drive. It takes 20 minutes to drive to Esporles (restaurants, bars, small supermarkets...), 20 minutes to Port des Canonge (two restaurants and several small coves), 20 minutes to Valldemossa and Banyalbufar (amazing cultural heritage & charm), 30 minutes to Palma city and 40 minutes to Palma's port/airport.
Due to our location in the forest, we generate our own energy with solar panels. This fact can generate some limitations sporadically and we appreciate your understanding if they arise.
