Located in scenic Mimbres, NM (not Hanover as the website insists). During the day you will have a gorgeous view of the Black Range Mountains and at night the Big Dipper and the Milky Way. Your horses or mules can enjoy a fenced corral and 8 acres of pasture. We are surrounded by mountains, so your cell phone may not work. Verizon usually does, but not always. We do have WI-FI, but it is sometimes iffy. TV works off the WI-FI. Come to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful views.

Despite what it says above, we are located in the Mimbres Valley, not Hanover! Airbnb does not have this correct.
There are 3 area restaurants. There is a local bakery run by the nicest people where you can enjoy a breakfast buffet and their delicious home-made cinnamon rolls. Tues-Sat 7 am-noon. (2 miles). There is a small convenience store and restaurant open for breakfast every day and open for lunch and early dinner Wed - Sunday. Closes at 6:30 pm. (4 miles).
Otherwise, you should be prepared to bring your own food. The kitchen is equipped to prepare your own meals if you want, but don't rely on being able to purchase food in this area--shop in town! (Silver City or Bayard are the closest two towns to shop.)

One of us will usually be available to greet guests, or we will make prior arrangements. We love meeting new people and do our best to provide our guests with all the information they may need to enjoy their stay in the area. We are very fond of sharing our evening cocktails with our guests if they so desire. Even though this is a new listing on airbnb, we have 14 years of experience renting our beach home on other sites.
