This character apartment is located in the heart of downtown. Spacious, quiet and cozy; Located above one of Medicine Hat’s finest jewellery store's, this classy flat also adorns it own private patio.
Only a minute walk from hip restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping and only four doors down from Medicine Hat's first Micro Brewery. Close to the Esplanade, Beveridge events, and city hall. Whether you’re downtown for business or pleasure, you are surrounded by everything you’ll need.

The Space.... There is plenty of it. The unit boasts over 1500 sq ft of living space including the large private patio. The high ceilings are another bonus. There is an interior stairwell to climb to get to the second floor apartment. Designated Parking for the residence is located behind the building. Street parking is free with no time limits between 6 PM and 8 AM. During daytime hours of 8 AM to 6 PM Street parking is limited to two hours.

Three items to note: 1.) We have recently purchased a BBQ for the patio. If you would like a full tank of propane, this can be provided for a charge of $25. If you provide your own propane, you are free to use the BBQ. (please brush grill after use).
2. The washer and dryer are available at no extra cost. We provide a couple detergent pods for your connivence. Any additional detergent would need to be purchased by the guest.
3.) There is a locked closet and cupboard with cleaning supplies and other host storage.
All other spaces are accessible.

There is a reserved parking space for the apartment guests behind the building . To get to the parking spot, use the ally ways. This requires walking around to the street side of the building to access the door of the apartment (the equivalent of walking one block).
During the evening, it is common to find plenty of street parking up front.

Downtown Medicine Hat is a great place to walk around. The river front and veterans park is only a few blocks away as well, this is a great place to relax in nature with a cup of coffee from one of out downtown coffee shop treasures. On your visit to downtown Medicine Hat you have to check out Mad Hatter coffee and Travois Micro Brewery! Two of our favourite little spots.

...a little bit about us...Kim and I two little ones that are less than a year apart. Our youngest was born in May 2020. Our little boy and girl have brought so much joy to our lives. We Love traveling but it will be on hold for us for a little while. Kim's favorite places to visit are Mexico and Vietnam. My personal favorites are Belize and Denmark. Of course, there are many places we haven't been and can't wait to add more favorites to our list. This apartment/flat has been in the family for almost 20 years.
