A modern, light and airy master bedroom with ensuite. Sky TV and Tea and coffee in the room fro your comfort. Easy access to all you will need but a tranquil and private space. You come and go through a separate external door although the home owner is available in the main part of the house when needed. We are 5 minutes drive or a pleasant 20 min walk to cafes and shops in Leamington and Cambridge. A 10 min drive to Mystery Creek, 10 min drive to Velodrome and 15 min to Karapiro Lake.

This is a private big sunny room with ensuite. There is a nice outlook onto a walking path.
A light breakfast is possible on request such as cereal fruit juice and a muffin/croissant but there are so many great cafes nearby most people want to enjoy a leisurely brunch.

Entry to the room is by external access so you can come and go freely.
It is possible to negotiate further use of the house for longer stay guests.

Cambridge and surrounding area is a very vibrant rural setting. Cycling, rowing, polo and Field Days are just some of the big events hosted anmually
There is an active amateur theatre and many good restaurants for evenings or you can stay in and watch your favourites on SKY in your room.

Cambridge Park is a new estate on the West side of the river with all the beauty of the surrounding Waikato. It is flat and great for walking and cycling. Close to many great country cafes as well as the Cambridge township. Mystery Creek is a short drive as is the airport and Hamilton City is only 20 minutes if you need a city fix.

Energetic, mature, well travelled woman who enjoys life and learning and has faith in the goodness of people. My family are my joy. I love music and theatre, sports, watching these days although I enjoy walking. I love cafes in the country side and hanging out with good friends enjoying most food and a yummy wine. I travelled overseas a lot in my younger days and plan to get our there again soon to return to favourite spots but there aare also some still on the bucket list to explore.
