Newly constructed cottage tucked away on the mountainside, yet only 5 miles to downtown Cookeville. Location is convenient to parks, hiking, waterfalls, shopping, and dining.

Nestled on Buck Mountain is this new modern luxury cottage that features floor-to-ceiling windows to frame the views. The private master bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed and access to the wrap around deck. Two tiled bathrooms, one of which features a jetted whirlpool tub with Roku TV. The loft area has a king bed, a twin bed, and a desk. The loft is accessible by a ship ladder and may not be suitable for the elderly or small children. It doesn’t have a private door, but it does have a gate. Kitchen has all essentials. Spacious deck where you can enjoy the mountainous views, sunrises and sunsets, and starry nights. Cozy fire pit out back.

I have a passion for design and architecture, so I designed this little modern luxury cottage that sits atop Buck Mountain in Cookeville to be able to provide a chic cozy retreat for anyone traveling to this area. When I travel, I know what it’s like to want a nice place to stay that feels like home. As a host I strive to provide an excellent space for my guests to enjoy that has the amenities that I seek for myself while traveling.

We live on 8.5 acres, and the cottage is an 850 sq ft guest home on our property. We built it specifically for Airbnb, with privacy in mind. It has it's own private driveway, is about 250 ft away from the main house, and there are no close neighbors.
