Walk to restaurants, seafood market, ice cream, nail salon, shopping, golf cart& paddle board rentals. 2 neighborhood pools, tennis courts, access to miles of state park hiking trails, etc! Biking paths everywhere! Close to Seaside.

Also full access to the Cassine Village facilities which includes two swimming pools (one diagonally across the street and one towards the back of the neighborhood), two tennis courts, walking trails that connect into FL State Parks

We provide two beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for our guests. As part of your experience at our 30A Beach Studio, we’ll even set chairs and umbrella up for you on the beach!!
