Dog friendly lodge with hot tub on the shores of Loch Oich.
This lovely Scandinavian style wooden A Frame lodge with a new hot tub has recently been extensively renovated to a very high standard and has amazing loch views from its elevated position on the bankside of Loch Oich.
The entrance leads into a short hallway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 4 drawers, a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table and an en suite shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet, vanity sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom has two full sized single beds and 2 wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity sink.
There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a living area that has a TV and DVD player plus a range of DVDs for your enjoyment. The patio door opens onto decking with a hot tub and a table and chairs and beautiful, unobstructed views of Loch Oich.
The lovely new kitchen has a black worktop, microwave, slimline dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker etc. The dining area has a lovely wooden dining table and chairs and there are comfortable new sofas in the lounge area for enjoying the panoramic view whilst relaxing.
At the back of the site is the Great Glen Way, the coast to coast route for walkers and cyclists which goes from Fort William to Inverness along the banks of the Caledonian Canal, which includes Loch Ness. There is access to Loch Oich and a water sports company on site and the Inver Garry railway museum and working engine is just behind the site. Fort Augustus, a charming village which sits at the bottom of Loch Ness, is only 8 miles away.
Up to two well behaved dogs welcomed.
