Travel restrictions
Due to COVID-19 there are lockdowns in place across the UK and travel is not permitted other than in limited circumstances until at least April. Failure to follow the law is a criminal offence.
The property is located in the village of Caol, just 3 miles from Fort William.
Although the house location itself does not command any great views, just a few minutes walk in any direction and you can prepare to be impressed with our stunning local scenery.

As well as having a comfortable small double bedroom, guests will also have exclusive use of their own en suite shower room.
Bedroom contains a double bed, hanging facility for clothing, a bedside cabinet, reading lamp, tv, hairdryer and straighteners.
Elsewhere within the property guests will have access to a lounge, kitchen containing a fridge, dishwasher, hob and microwave (no oven), iron and ironing board.
Guests will be provided with crisp, clean bedding and luxurious towels.

My property is located a two minute walk away from a small supermarket shop which is open from 07:00 to 23:00 if you wish to purchase goods and use my cooking facilities to make your own meals.
Alternatively, there is a chip shop, Chinese takeaway and two cafes all within walking distance.
The local pub (also within walking distance) provides excellent freshly prepared meals with generous portion sizes and it's very reasonably priced.
On road parking is available outside the property.
Check in time is 17:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs. Check out time is strictly by 10:00 hrs

This accommodation is a perfect stopover for anyone accessing the great outdoors.
It may be of particular interest to those climbing mountains (particularly Ben Nevis), walking the West Highland or Great Glen Way, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding, travelling on the Jacobite Steam Train or just generally soaking up our stunning scenery.

Hi, I'm Louise and I very much hope you will feel at home whilst staying in my property. I love Fort William and it's surrounding area and trust you will too by the time you leave. Check in at my place is between 17:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs and is by prior arrangement only. As I do not live in the property myself an accurate arrival time is important so that I can be at the house to meet you. Current guests are not permitted to grant access to arriving guests in the event I am not there myself. This is to ensure the safety and protection of all the house guests. Check out is by 10:00 hrs. I have stayed in lots of hotels & guest houses myself over very many years. As a result, I have tried to provide you all the essential amenities and also some "nice to haves" which I looked for when I was staying away from home myself. Please read the reviews for my property which, I'm sure, will give you confidence in the quality of the accommodation available to you if you were to book my place. I hope to see you soon :-)
