We’re within walking distance of BG’s Bar and Grill (across the street), Watts Coffee Co. (1/2 block to the east), Hays House (1/2 block to the east), Art galleries, antiques, and Riverwalk. We’re just a few blocks from Dairy Queen and Trail Days Cafe. If you fall in love with with the Flint Hills Life, we’re happy to talk you into moving here and help you find a permanent place!

I'm a fifth-generation Kansan who is lucky to live in the Flint Hills. I like to hike and swim - but I devote most of my time to making rural Kansas a great place to live, work, and visit. I finished rehabilitating the bank building in Council Grove in 2019. My husband, son and I live in Cottonwood Falls. You might find him at Dieker's Service Station or at the Washorama Laundromat, which we own. We're proud to be part of revitalizing small towns in the most beautiful place on earth.
