We are 10 minutes walk from the sea and another 10 minutes to some very picturesque pubs.
The town centre is a 10 minute walk, which has all the normal amenities, plus a leisure centre with gym, swimming and kids play-zone. Portsmouth, Chichester, Southampton are all very accessible via the M27.
BEACHES There are a number of beaches to visit, but the main two are: Hayling Island - 15 minute drive (or there is a bike path all the way there - 6.5 miles) West Wittering - 30 minute drive (Sandy Beach, recognised as one of the best in the UK) THE SOUTH DOWNS From rolling hills to bustling market towns, the South Downs National Park's landscapes cover 1600km2 of breathtaking views and hidden gems. The closet place to see them (with a cafe) is Queen Elizabeth Country Park. With mountain bike tracks, walking trails, BBQ areas, play parks, even a dog obstacle course, this is the perfect place to experience them.
