Welcoming you with a Modern, clean, cozy, fully furnished 29 sqm and affordable private one bedroom with bathroom and balcony at the 3rd floor of Sheridan South Tower, facing a very relaxing views of its amenities gym, basketball court, and swimming pool hence less noise so you can have a peaceful stay and rest.

The unit has all the facilities you will need for your convenience and everything is brand new, a double sized bed with complete bedding, a dresser, a wardrobe cabinet with hangers, air condition, you can also use the balcony as a workplace since it’s spacious and has a relaxing view of outside.

The Kitchen area has been designed with a mosaic glass tile. We have basic set of cooking utensils and appliances you can use as well.

The Bathroom has a water heater, a tampered glass divides the shower area from the lavatory.

No parking offer, unfortunately.

とても新しいターンオーバーのユニットです。家具が揃っていて、レンタルの準備ができています。最初に体験できるユニットで、とても快適で家です。

Minimal personal interaction with the guest because owner has a full time job. The unit is self check In and Out, or the caretaker will meet you on the lobby of the building to hand over the keys or I might ask you to go directly to the unit after the security check. I communicate with the guest on or before check in and replies to concern immediately.
