Spend your time away in our newly renovated barn. Located 5 minutes from highway 18/151, relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside.
30-45 minutes away from Madison. 30 minutes or less from Dodgeville, Spring Green, Mount Horeb, Mineral Point, and many other small communities. Lands' End, Vortex, Duluth Trading, and Epic are also within a 30 minute driving distance.

Our barn house is located in our barn's haymow. The house is only a few months old but the barn itself is almost 50 years old. Most of the wood used in our barn house are from trees off of our farm. We also have a farmhouse just south of the barn that someone rents from us.
We have a firepit, gas grill, and six outdoor chairs. Guest will have to provide their own firewood. We have an LP tank and grill accessories that are located in the house.

Guest have access to the entire barn house. We do have one locked closet for our use only. Guest can use the back entrance of the barn house but please be careful. The rest of the haymow is under construction.

We have a Ring security camera above the front door. We do not spy on our guests and this is the only security camera on the property. We use this for your safety and ours.
This is a working farm. We have cattle, crops, and tractors. The cattle come near the barn but are fenced in at all times. Guest may look from a distance but please do not go on their side of the fence. We do not milk cows anymore. Jim comes to the farm at least once a day to check on his cattle and farm cats.
We are still cleaning outside the barn. We are renovating the rest of the haymow into a wedding reception/party area but now that it's nice out, our focus is the outside. You might see us working around the farm but we realize you are a guest at our place and we will be courteous of that.
We also have three barn cats that are very friendly. They will come up to you if you're outside. They DO NOT come into the barn house.

We are Jim and Toni Johnson. We have been married 29 years and have three daughters, a few cats, and one dog. Our farm is located in Ridgeway, WI. We enjoy Friday night fish fries, old fashioned drinks, farming, and gardening.
