A perfect spot to enjoy the sunny days on the island and the scenic beauty of the Akamas National Park – one of the rare unspoilt natural beauties on the island and is well known for its scenic tours to Fontana Amorosa, Baths of Aphrodite and the Blue Lagoon.
Villa Jacaranda is furnished to the highest standard. Boasting a large 10m x 5m private swimming pool, with walk-in Roman steps. Air-conditioned bedrooms, Broadband Wi-Fi, Double faced log burner, and only 500m from the sea!

Luxury Latchi Villas is a family business, owned by Paul, Andrea & Brad. We offer luxury holiday villa and apartments for short term rental in Cyprus. We first visited Cyprus in 1998 and were were captivated by this magical island. In 2000 we purchased our own piece of this island, our villa was completed in 2004. At this time, our villa was offered as the only “Best Of James Villas” in the area. In 2006 we moved to Cyprus and opened our property management company; ”In Safe Hands” providing management, maintenance, cleaning & gardening services to holiday home owners based overseas. Since 2007 we have been welcoming families to our villas and apartments, many who have become regular visitors and friends. Many of these families asked if we had other properties they could holiday in, to this end our new web site was born……….
