Spacious, recently renovated 1,000 square foot, ground level, corner unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well stocked kitchen, with new appliances, washer/dryer, stone counters ect. Walk out wrap around glass doors to a private lanai of tropical plantings. Dine here or indoors. Enjoy comfy furniture, beds, linens. Easy stroll to nearby pristine beaches, or hike miles of epic trails north to Ilio Pt.; south to Laau Pt. hidden coves along the way.

As a corner unit, two walls are full glass which allows for plenty of light and nice air circulation. The master suite has four sliding wooden doors that can be pulled from a cavity in the wall for privacy. Step outside sliding doors to a private garden for dining or lounging. Plenty of storage with beach chairs, towels and coolers. Body boards available.

There is a large blue tiled swimming pool, long enough to swim laps and Ke Nani Kai boasts the only complex with a hot tub. Two nice tennis courts. Gas barbecues and covered dining areas for larger gatherings are also available for use.

Please note that in addition to the rental fee, cleaning fee and security deposit the renter will be responsible for the state of Hawaii GE and TA (General Excise and Transient Accommodation) of 15%, which will be collected prior to check-in.
We have been visiting Molokai for more than 20 years and have fallen in love with the healthy environment to be found here; the slow pace of life enjoyed by those who live here and it’s dramatic beauty. Natural outdoor activities can be enjoyed daily due to the nearly perfect climate. This unhurried pace of life is what we desired after spending a career in busy Boston and Chicago. This condo was our home for over a year while we built our single family home here down the road. Our house was recently completed, so we are offering our condo for rent. We really enjoyed living at Ke Nani Kai and we are sure you will too.
