The CM15 is perfectly located near the sea in the Cape Mae Phim Residence area. The house is perfect for the large family with 6 real beds and plenty of space for extra beds. Well equipped with free WiFi, washing machine. 2 showers & 3 toilets. Wonderful living areas and a wonderful sala next to the pool. A short walk away you will find Mae Phim’s popular beachfront restaurants, which cook amazing meals of fish or seafood.

The tenant has pay deposit of 2000 baht to us upon arrival. The tenant must pay for damage they cause on inventory or furniture of the house. The tenant must to pay if loosing of things belonging to the owner. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
The tenant must to keep clean in the house. The garbage room of the residence is in the left side the gate of residence ( You can ask the guard )
Gated community have parking policy. First 3 cars are free, next cars 200 THB/car and night.
