Welcome to beautiful Lunenburg Nova Scotia, founded in 1753 and later designated a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1995; Lunenburg has established itself as the heart of the south shore, and only an hour drive from Halifax. Nestled away in the historic old town you will find Clems House, boasting local architectural features that date back to 1860’s combined with a modern touch making the property a welcoming attraction.

The homes history is rich and like many places in the area has its own connection with the sea, as the residence was once home to the last surviving member of the original Bluenose crew, Clem R Hiltz.
As you enter our home you will begin to appreciate its coziness, with hardwood floors extending through the entire home. The décor is that of local art and treasures, a modern bright kitchen lights up with rays of sun through the garden doors leading to a patio where after enjoying a exquisite meal at one of the many award winning restaurants, you can relax by the outside fire and have a memorable evening and feel as if you are already home. Why not finish the evening in the four person hot tub, a perfect way to relax the body.
We offer a full kitchen, complete with cookware and coffee bar, dining room table for eight, on site washer and dryer, wifi, air conditioning on the main floor and in each bedroom. The upstairs features a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and the second room offers a double bed. Both bed mattresses provide a quality sleep from Endy.
Please note this is an older home, the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Access by steep stairs is required. If you have mobility issues this may not be a good fit for your visit to Lunenburg but can certainly recommend other locations!
