A beautiful loft space, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment situated in the heart of The Historic Barbican, Plymouth. A stones throw away from the wonderful harbour and a short walk to Plymouth's Hoe and waterfront. Brilliantly located with a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes near by. Local attractions include, Plymouth Gin Distillery, Smeatons Tower, Tinside Lido, The Mayflower steps, The Aquarium, And the City Centre,Also includes a free Car parking space 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Top floor Apartment, 1 Double bedroom and 1 Sofa Bed. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. Spacious open plan Living room and kitchen. 1 Main Bathroom which is situated in the main bedroom, which you would have to walk through the bedroom to get to; but there is a communal toilet just down the stairs which is only used by a personal office which is only busy between 9am-4pm. The car parking space is not suitable for long vehicles.
