Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home boasts spectacular ocean views from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin sofa bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Every room has a TV with a Roku and 2 golf carts provided (one 4 passenger and one 6 passenger). The home also has an ice maker.
Access to the BHI club with golf is available with a separate purchase directly from the club.

-Both regular and Keurig coffee makers
-4 and 6 passenger golf cart
-BHI club membership with golf through separate purchase
**Linens and bath towels are included in rental

The BHI Club (The pool area and new restaurant are under construction. The main pool is open as well as the temporary Peli) Tenant will not receive refund due to circumstances with the clubs on Bald Head Island.
