Ocean front: step off the sun deck and you're on the beach. Hear the waves, watch the dolphins, search for shells, relax in the sun, and swim in the surf. After playing on the beach, rinse off in our enclosed outdoor shower, kick your feet up on one of our covered decks, and breathe in the fresh salty air. Book 3 or more nights with check in and check out on any day of the week!

5 Bedrooms and 5 1/2 Bathrooms (Each Bedroom has a Bathroom) with an open floor plan to enjoy the ocean views.
Upstairs features
- two bedrooms facing the ocean, each with its own bathroom, and access to the covered, ocean view deck
- a third bedroom with its own bathroom, facing the marsh.
- a large den area with couch, tv, games/toys to make for a great gathering spot
- laundry closet with washer and dryer
Main Level features:
- 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom
- half bath
- large kitchen, opens to dining and living room, with awesome views of the beach
- There is a set of stairs to get into the house as the house is elevated, the house is equipped with Smart Locks for easy checkin, along with an outdoor shower, wifi, cable, flat screen TVs, and more.
- Plenty of parking - covered parking under the house with additional parking on the driveway
- Bed linens and bath towels, as well as, paper products are provided
Stores and restaurants on the island, 3 miles from the house, as well as, coffee shops, kayak/bike rental, ice cream stores, general store and more.
We have a Keurig Coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker, so bring your pods - we supply filters for the drip!
If you are interested in having a canopy or umbrella and chairs set up for you or if you want to rent a grill (gas or propane) you may want to reserve them in advance. Try Boomersrentals.com and Beachfunrentals.com Any items left unattended on the beach after 7pm from May-Oct may be picked up by the town, so make sure you bring your items in if you set them up yourself. All grills must be 10 feet away from any structure per Town of Holden Beach ordinance - please do not use grills on any of the decks.
More options over the bridge, 3-5 miles away, Food Lion, art/wine/yoga, putt putt, ice cream, and several awesome local gift shops.
There are many golf courses close by, 20 minutes to Shallotte. Our house is half way between downtown Wilmington, Fort Fisher Aquarium, and North Myrtle Beach Outlet Malls - 45 minutes either way.
