Recently built and tastefully furnished in mountain modern fashion, this basement apartment boasts a spacious, comfortable feeling of being home away from home! Located 3 blocks from downtown Eagle's shopping and dining.
Eagle offers small town charm packed full of opportunity for adventure. We are surrounded by State Park, BLM with access to mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and fishing. More adventure can be had with just a short drive to Glenwood Springs, Vail, and/or Beaver Creek.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
The apartment is a lock-off from the home we live in with our family of 4. You can expect the home to be quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.. Please, no smoking, parties, events or animals.

I was born and raised in Colorado, spending a few years in the Atlanta area in my 20's, but I couldn't stay away from the Rockies for too long. My husband, Jeff, was born and raised in (Website hidden by Airbnb) Alaska and travelled around through his college years between Colorado and Tennessee. Jeff and I were married in Charleston, South Carolina in 2011. We have two boys and a girl - Jax, Asher, and Emilia. The three of them keep us very busy! I am a stay at home mom, and Jeff is a certified Rolfer and personal trainer. We try to spend our time together exploring the outdoors hiking, skiing, biking, camping, paddle boarding, and traveling when we get the opportunity. We started hosting for Airbnb in 2019. We have really enjoyed meeting new people and seek to make everyones stay a comfortable one. We live on site and are available for any needs that may arise.
