This neighborhood is one of the most sought after in Fayetteville! There are dog walkers, runners, families strolling all around. The super cool coffee shop with vintage style is two blocks away, along with a new brewery, old theatre house and restaurant with live music Thursday through Saturday. Gas station (with awesome colombo frozen yogurt -a local favorite) and post office one block up the street. When the Woodpeckers baseball is in season, the stadium is a mile away.
