Find me at @STRFWA #FWASTR or do you Houfy number 9854? IMPORTANT! AirBnb's, especially a listing in a host's private home are not like hotels or motels. In order to ensure my safety as to who I allow in my home as a GUEST, the the booking requirements ("Keywords") in the listing must be provided or your request will be declined. Especially, since this is a clear indicator that means you have not read the listing and will not follow the house rules.
Also note:
1. It is against AirBnb policy to book for another person and not be one of the people staying in the guest space. See the HELP file on 3rd Party Bookings for alternatives such as Visa gift cards.
2. you must report the correct # of guests that will be in the guest space, whether they will be staying overnight or not. Failure to do this means your searches will not reflect accurate pricing which is NOT the fault of the host and non-authorized guest may result in eviction and\or additional fees.
3. FINALLY: Read the ENTIRE LISTING and look at all of the PICS and DESCRIPTIONS and submit the BOOKING REQUIREMENTS in your booking message. Failure to ensure a good fit prior to booking is also NOT the fault of the host. There are also a list of amenities to let you know what is provided and what is not. AirBnb’s are unique spaces per their web site and they tell guests: “Airbnb has a diversity of listings, from shared rooms to entire homes. Make sure the space, house rules, and hosting style match your needs.” Also note that AirBnb listings are a “contract of acceptance" by booking. I do not appreciate poor review ratings based on the failure of guests to do their own due diligence and review the listing before booking. Further, I clearly state and post that I appreciate guests communicating any needs or issues during the stay vs. surprises in the review.
ABOUT ME: Interests include just about every type of craft (admitted craftaholic) and genealogy \ history. Avid animal & pet lover (the local birds, bunnies, and hummingbirds can provide references). Newly retired but my last employment history includes working at a downtown church.
