Close proximity to parks and everything downtown has to offer. The apartment is warm, comfortable, spacious and quaint. Large Living area with 36' Roku TV to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime or any other network you can think of. Apartment comes with a good work space with high speed internet. On-street Parking available.

The tenants in the upstairs unit are moving out December 1st 2019 so the noise levels will be to a minimum. New long term Tenants will not be replaced by the old tenants.
