Great views ! Easy walk to the beach, has a pool, wifi, flat screens in every room , one bedroom on second floor with outdoor living area, kitchen, bath and second bedroom is on first floor next to pool with a separate outdoor bath......very secure enclosed parking and a quick 6 minutes to downtown Los Barriles a short drive to the waterfalls of Santiago or ice cream in San Bartolo. FYI we live on site with a dog and two cats but you won't even know we are there :)

This unique rental offers outdoor living spaces upstairs that includes kitchen, dinning bbq area and private sundeck. Also upstairs is a bedroom and bath. Downstairs in common area courtyard by pool is the second bathroom "outdoor" and bedroom this bedroom shares all spaces with the the upstair unit .....

You will have the private and sole use of the upstairs space and the ability to use the large yard, pool, outside bath and main level patios alone , we do live on site and you wont know we are here unless I'm feeding horses or grounds keeping :)

Please no music past 9 pm . this is a very quiet neighborhood and would like to keep it that way :)

This neighborhood is great for walking , seeing wildlife it's nice and quiet and best of all it's a easy walk down the arroyo" dry creek bed" to the sea.
