We have one of the best views of Palma bay ,and very conveniently placed 10 mins from the airport.

The views from the property to palma bay are unique and exceptional , the jewel of the crown.
Our pets 2 dogs, cats and chickens , are very friendly and good educated and only have access to outdoor shared spaces , never to your private areas.
We have plenty of car park space.
The jacuzzi placed at the sunset deck is available every day with an extra fee (20€per night for the whole stay) and its big enough for 6 people at a time.
My house is placed also between the Garden House and The SeaViews Upper house , but do not worry I’ll be invisible as long as you don’t need me .
Please take into account that as per the Balearic Touristic Rental guidelines we can’t allow any extra guest at the property.

The shared spaces are : the sunset deck where the pool and jacuzzi are placed, the bbq area and fruit gardens and the parking space .
And you will be sharing them only with me ( Aaron), no other guest.

Our lodges are settled and clean for our guest by one of the most experienced company in the island, Brillosa bring us for every checkin a fabulous cleaning team to make the house cozy for the following guest.
please if you see anything at the house on your checkin day, let us know in order to let the team know and always improve our service.
