Charming, rustic, very bright 19th C studio, restored with original doors and windows.
The studio is totally independent with a private entrance with a covered parking space.
We have a double bed and an original 19th-century Victorian bed for extra guests, a powerful ceiling fan and Air Condistioning, for use if the temperature soars.
We have a microwave to heat fast food and a refrigerator to keep fresh drinks and snacks

The Studio has lovely communal gardens shared with the hostess, who lives in a small villa on the same property.
There is also a small private pool for cooling off and a thatched pergola with eating area for dining al fresco. The garden, pool and Pergola are shared areas.

Breakfast will be served every day from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., guests should notify the hostess the night before if they want breakfast in their room or served under the pergola outside (weather dependent).
French breakfast that will include coffee or hot chocolate, orange juice, croissants, homemade sweets, toast and fruits.

Manzanares is a safe town that has good police attention, frequent surveillance in the streets and two police cabins which operate 24 hours a day all week.
The area is semi-rural with lots of green and a lot of horse traffic, since we are the epicenter of the best Polo in the world.
We can organize horse rides with a 24 hours prior notice, weather permittin.
we can also organize polo classes with a prior reservation of 48 hours.
The prices to be agreed with the hostess at time of booking.
All riding is at the ful responsibility of the guest
Polo classes or horseback riding will be canceled due to bad weather.
The hostess is a renowned international artist who exhibited in London, Paris, Berlin and Argentina, among others, is an art consultant and restorer of fine arts, including murals and churches.
It offers an exclusive package of 3-hour painting classes for those who wish it will be including drawing and painting for beginners. at the end of the class you will be able to take what you did and have all the materials to carry out an experience of unforgettable art.
