The breathtaking Villa Charno is set in the mountains of Ayia Marina; a short 15-minute drive from Polis. This beautiful unspoiled area is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy, and extends outside through the large concertina patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace; overlooking the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and luscious countryside.
Villa Charno is a 5-bedroom luxury villa set in perfectly landscaped gardens with unspoiled mountain and sea views, with 270° views from every point in the villa; including the spectacular roof terrace. There are plenty of places to relax and unwind in ultimate comfort.
Through the paved pathway in the marvellous landscaped gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ and picnic area; perfect for an evening meal under the stars. There is also a large lawn area and pool table; ideal for children.
Living Area
The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy; a perfect retreat from the Cyprus sun. There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a 40″ LED TV with UKTV, as well as books, games, and a Playstation for the children.
The large concertina patio doors allow the living area to be merged with the shaded outdoor terrace; another place to relax and unwind.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen contains an American-style fridge/freezer, water cooler, six-burner hob with a separate grill/oven, and microwave; complete with breakfast bar.
There is an adjoining utility room complete with a washing machine.
From the kitchen, there are two patio doors that take you outside to the garden and outdoor area; perfect for eating breakfast in the tranquil surroundings.

Luxury Latchi Villas is a family business, owned by Paul, Andrea & Brad. We offer luxury holiday villa and apartments for short term rental in Cyprus. We first visited Cyprus in 1998 and were were captivated by this magical island. In 2000 we purchased our own piece of this island, our villa was completed in 2004. At this time, our villa was offered as the only “Best Of James Villas” in the area. In 2006 we moved to Cyprus and opened our property management company; ”In Safe Hands” providing management, maintenance, cleaning & gardening services to holiday home owners based overseas. Since 2007 we have been welcoming families to our villas and apartments, many who have become regular visitors and friends. Many of these families asked if we had other properties they could holiday in, to this end our new web site was born……….
