1. A very big breathtaking openspace, partially occupied by a coworking.
2. A guest house, warm and cozy like a suite, with private bathroom and the possiblity to be lockable.

Clean towels: hands/hair/body
Clean sheets
Shower gel / Shampoo / Hair dryer
Washing machine / iron
A professional kitchen, well furnished, with everything you may need for prepare an italian breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Billiard & Soccer table
If you come by car, you'll find a place to park in front of the flat and for free.
Time schedule for check-in is extremily flexible, you'll decide it in total freedom.

Among all the features descripted, guests are warmly invited to use also our coworking spaces next to the apartment. We'll provide a personal desk, managerial chair, lockable cabinet, wi-fi, A4-A3 printers, and other office amenities.
